Pour Over
Pour-over method is designed to facilitate the spiral and cone-shaped dripper, to ensure a smooth extraction for your coffee. It allows you to control the speed, time, and temperature of the water to make a perfect cup of your own preference.

- Filter paper

- Pouring kettle
- Set kettle to 95 degrees.
- Grind 18g of coffee beans on medium to fine setting.
- Rinse the filter paper and discard the water.
- Add 18g of ground coffee.
- Start timer and tare scale.
- Pour 50g of water in a circular pattern. Ensure all coffee grinds are wet.
- Stir gently.
- At 0:35, pour water in concentric circles up to 170-180g. Gently swirl coffee to remove any grinds stuck to the sides.

- At 1:05, pour water up to 300g. Pour slowly, aiming to finish at 1:25.
- Swirl one more time and let the coffee filter through.Total brew time should be about 2:15 – 2:45.

French Press

- French Press
- Coffee Mug
- Tall Stirring Spoon
- Pouring Kettle
- Preheat French Press and Coffee Mug.
- Grind 16g of coffee beans on coarse to medium-coarse setting.
- Measure ground coffee on a scale at 8g (1tbsp) per 4oz (118ml) of water required.
- Set kettle to 95 degrees or let sit for 30-45 seconds after full boil.
- Empty warming water from French Press and Coffee Mug.
- Add measured ground coffee into French Press.
- Pour hot water into French Press in concentric circles.
- Stir gently to break the crust until evenly saturated.
- Place the lid on the French Press and wait for 4 minutes.
- Press the lid down slowly.
- Pour and enjoy.
