Colombia Supremo
Grown on the lush, fertile slopes of Colombia, a land blessed with vast rainforests, huge mountains, and nutrient-rich volcanic soil, Colombia Supremo coffee is a balanced and smooth coffee with tasting notes of citrus fruit, chocolate, and caramel, and a clean aftertaste.
Coming exclusively from Arabica cultivars grown high altitudes of around 1,700 meters, Colombia Supremo is the highest grade of Colombian coffee. Grown using manual, traditional methods, the coffee plants grow on slopes so steep that picking by hand often the only option. The equatorial sun and the humid air rising from the valleys enable Colombia to be one of the few coffee-producing countries with two harvests a year – one in the autumn and the other in the spring – producing fresh, aromatic beans all year long.
