Shipping/Delivery and Return Policy
Our policy is seven (7) days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer you a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchange will be allowed due to the following reasons: –
- Change of mind will be entertained for all product and item sold through Giraffe Coffee online platform.
- Any sale and/or promotional items (promo code etc.).
Only regular price products and items may be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the product (coffee bean packaging, equipment and/or accessories) must be unused, not open and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
If you happen to receive wrong item and or/ defective products and items, you can raise a request a return and exchange query by sending an email to email@example.com within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of the item received to best describe the matter and condition by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , for us to evaluate before the approval of refund or exchange.
If you happen to receive wrong item, defective, damaged products, equipment or accessories, you can raise a return and replacement query by sending an email to email@example.com within 7 days from the date of the purchase. To complete your return, be sure to provide a receipt of proof of purchase, an image of the item received to best describe the matter and condition, for us evaluate before the approval of refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not accept any other items returned other than Giraffe Coffee products and items.
We process our orders upon receiving order confirmation and send them to our courier partner. Estimated delivery period within 3- 5 working days.
Visible “Fragile” sticker will always be on the exterior packaging to ensure not damaging the product(s) inside Giraffe Coffee packaging.
Giraffe Coffee is not responsible for any loss / damage of the transition of the delivery. To claim for lost or damaged orders, you must raise the return/refund through the shipping provider website together with all the supporting evidence required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products and items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Giraffe Coffee Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.
The timeframe for this procedure may vary, depending on the circumstances
